motherboard will rarely affect performance on gpu unless it uses pcie 2.0 or something

I watched another test for FH5: ryzen 5 5600x rtx3060 and at ULTRA res 1440p it was avg ~75fps and %1 20fps. Interesting.

I'm running on a b560 Torpedo, I5-11400f and a rx6600 with 32 gb of corsair vengeance rgb pros (3200) and my game on very high settings at 1080p stutters around and runs at like 45-55 fps.. i don't know why. All in all my pc heavily underperfoms in games. Anyone has a idea as to why this could be the case?

I’m running a 5800x and amd rd 6600 and cannot even play the game, highest output I’ve seen is 12 fps with extreme lag
