the emotes and character items are included in wheelspins so it balances out the items you can get. more so that you can’t just constantly get insane money and crazy cars. the game would be too unbalanced if you can just do a goliath 50 lap in your sleep, wake up to 150 wheel spins, 2 mil xp and 1m+ credits…every night lol. they patched that in the recent updates but it seems like it still works for custom and smaller races that are still very long and reward high ammounts of xp, credits and wheel spins. fh5 is a game where you can choose what you want the game to be. if you want to drift you can drift and only drift. plenty of drift zones, mods, cars and bonuses direction aimed at drifting, the same things apply for rally, street racing, hyper cars, ect. the people who sleep and make all their money choose to exploit the game and make the game easily and basically pay to win

I know this sounds like hell to anyone else thats done it, but the bmw isetta is my favorite car for infected. Awd conversion and as much power as you can fit in it makes it so fun for both chasing and running away. It can compete with WAY faster cars because its so small and hard to hit. Its hard to infect others sometimes but thats the balance of playing in that car haha.
