Another way to get skill points with the Sesto FE even faster is driving on the long straight offline doing a bunch of nearmisses on the bots that spawn way more ofen offline takes good skill but you can get like 100 points in a couple minutes

At 4:32 it's called a runway. A runway for planes. Most likely why there are airplanes all around it. Possibly why there are airplane hangers around it. It could also be a runway because very early in the story missions our boy literally lands a plane on the.... Runway then he asks you to pick him up at the old runway. It's also called blah blah airport and blah blah runway on the minimap. It's looking very suspiciously like it could be called a runway at an old airport.
