Well, Gumpert went bankrupt and the brand is now called Apollo (yeah, the one that is already in the game), so if they wanted to add the Gumpert Apollo, PG would need to ask to scan the Apollo N, which has 10 units and 2 prototypes made.

Personally I think the Hyundai is NOT the highly requested car, but it's just the poster car for this series to match the N Vision 74 for the retrowave update. As the the actual highly requested car, I think there is a high chance that it will be the Lamborghini Revuleto, which matches the new Countach from the retrowave update. All of the above I just stated are only speculations, but as you said the Hyundai doesn't seem to be that highly requested car. It still looks very cool though in my opinion.

I would love to see the Revuelto being added. That thing sounds sick and if Forza devs aren't lazy and they record the sound of it, it could easily be one of the best sounding cars in Forza Horizon 5. And for the obvious car choices, the 911 GT3RS and the Maserati MC20 would be sick as well. And for the unrealistic car choices that will never be added: the OG Murcielago, the Ford GTX1, Gumpert Apollo, SLR McLaren and the 1999 Pagani Zonda.

This is very coincidental because Polyphony Digital recently unveiled the Ionic Q 5 N Pikes Peak version at the 2024 Pikes Peak event. PDI even has a new partnership with Hyundai N cars.

I feel like the IONIQ 5 N might just make the engine sound a muffler upgrade, the gears a transmission upgrade, and put the modes in "bodykit and presets" due to the limitations of the game engine, but I would be surprised if they managed to pull it off and make the modes on freeroam seamlessly like the Mach-E.

If the main car is what is on the cover for this upcoming update doesn’t mean we are not going to get a one of highly requested cars in this update. I think we are still going to get a highly requested car in this update. If not, that would be very disappointing. Although I was disappointed about Forza Horizon 6 not being revealed at the Xbox Studios this year I wasn’t surprised either. We all know that Forza Horizon 6 is going to be in Late 2025 to Late 2026 at the very earliest and anytime in 2027 at the very latest. We may get a reveal of FH6 as early as 2025 or as late as 2027. Maybe we may get information this year about Forza Horizon 6 as well like we did when we saw the first information of Forza Motorsport in 2020.

@@tnt8583killer They could indeed hop on a Plane to the US or South Korea to Source and Scan for a Model of the Car, but that would Require Microsoft to Permit (as it would be on their time!) and Finance it, and given it is for one Car, and not a full Location Scout, I doubt that Microsoft would Finance or Permit it, Especially with FH6 clearly taking a lot longer than Expected to Develop, which is going to be Draining a lot of Money! True, Turn 10 have shown Alarming Incompetence Lately. The 18/6 Contract has Ruined them! thank goodness it is illegal here in the UK so PGG will not be as badly affected! and have, instead, actually been improving since Mike Brown and his Cronies Left!

As a Korean player, I like how Forza is adding more Korean vehicles into the game. It’s just different for many players. If your own country’s vehicle comes out in your favorite racing game(if the vehicle is pretty nice tho), you will like it whatsoever even though you’ve seen that in real life thousands of times. Either way, excited to see what other cars they are bringing over here. At least *THAT* shouldn’t be the highly requested car…

...because there are other cars to add besides the 992 GT3 RS? Not every 911 variant needs to be added to the game. I'd personally enjoy seeing the 992 GT3 RS added, but by no means would it be my first choice in terms of cars to add. Heck, I'm not even sure it'd be the first Porshe I'd choose because there are many other cool cars in their current lineup and from the past.

The problem with Electric cars in my opinion is that like a smartphone, very clever and very powerful; but they very quickly goe out of date and they're a throwaway item. I don't like every company pushing them and virtue signalling about them being the future, because in my opinion, and many of the silenced majority, they just aren't. I'd love to see more cars of yesterday being presented in games like this as a sort of digital preservation. Cars that were a staple in many racing games of the late 90s early 00s and now seem largely forgotten about. And it would be nice to see brand new models of them. I loved seeing the XJR15 in Forza Horizon, as the only game that had it that I played since NFS Hot Pursuit 3, a game that released in 1998! Speaking of Jaguars and NFS3, mk1 Jaguar XK please!!

They can only add what the Car Companies give them Permission to add, and a lot of the Time, to add a Car that Players really want, such as the I30N (People did want that one, just a shame PGG messed up by going with an Automatic and not the Manual Version that is the one People actually Wanted!) or the N74, they need to add a Car, like the Ioniq, that its Producer is Determined to Peddle and boost the flagging Sales Numbers of, which is often a BEV as sales of BEV's are through the Floorboards at the Moment as no one wants them (too heavy, too expensive, tend to catch fire, short range, inconvenient, etc etc) , so their Manufacturers are going on an all out Marketing Blitz to try and Ship the Stupid things! so a lot of the Time, to get the License to a really Desirable Car, you need to agree to Feature a Specific BEV as welll...

The word modern unfortunately reminds me of EV’s and Hybrids. So unfortunately the Bolide seems out of the picture probably until FH6 (possibly cover car). Same with the MC20 unfortunately. I think we could possibly be getting the Revuelto as the star car this update. As for the other cars, maybe we get introduced to Polestar, or maybe even the new NSX Type S? If Forza does indeed go the full EV/Hybrid route this update, my top car would probably be the DeLorean Alpha5

If they let us put the 4speed transmissions on the new EVs then there'd at least be a use for them, but currently they all either have terrible acceleration or terrible top speed. Which makes all the newer ones crap. That along with most people disliking EVs, idk what the point is. At least make them usable, the Evija, the concept 2 and the Tachyon are great because you can change the gearing

Nice, 20 million credits from a car I don’t want. I’ve heard from a professional driver off the books that it takes a lot to get it to turn in and the e-shift gears are a stupid gimmick and more of a pain than a joy.
