lower the tyre pressures and toe in on front and back wheels. max downforce and increase the ride height also really shorten the gear ratios, yes you will have to rev bang on straights but itll burn more gas.

I didn´t know that in Forza cars actually halt when ran out of fuel, some games you can keep going without fuel but very slowly. Like Grand prix 3 if you use modded tracks the AI can´t calculate fuel properly and most of the AI cars ran out of fuel in the race.

Interesting idea and challenge. I would of chosen a high speed, high accelerating car with absolutely awful cornering, so you'd be burning fuel at all times, in the straights and constantly trying to get the car balanced to turn/get in and around the corners.

I have a suggestion for a race/challenge. So most endurance races are about going as far as possible, what about a race where you have to go the least distance, however, it has to be A class again, and you have to race hard, like you were trying to win. So you'd have to go fast, but also slow.

With the daytona, the car actually has two fuel tanks on either side of the car, between the wheel wells in the rear, about 30 gallons total, same thing with the testarossa too. so I'm not surprised about that result, countach though, Jay leno had said with his it gets 8 to 10 on a REALLY good day, so I already knew that one, although i wish forza would make another model of it, as that one they have has been reused in a ton of games and looks more like a replica than the real thing.

Should turn off abs, hold throttle down the whole race, and floor brake and throttle entering corners. Under downshifting and braking, the engine spins off momentum of tires rolling on the ground. 0 fuel used on braking and coasting.

in a first to run out of fuel race the bigger, heavier and more block style the vehicle is the better chance you have of running out of fuel. and just the opposite for a last to run out of fuel race, the smaller, lighter and more aerodynamic a car is the better the chance of being the last one with fuel .

Proper trick to a gas consumption race would be to buy a 1973 Mazda RX3, supercharge and upgrade the basic 12A engine, and drive it nonstop in 3rd gear. Watch how fast that knocks you out.

In theory doesn't a car burn as much fuel in 1st gear as it does in 5th? So long as its hitting the rev limiter surely the engine is working as hard. I mean, you could roll around the entire race in 1st gear, maxed RPM, instead of going normally where sometimes you accelerate in 3rd gear at 50% RPM, thus using less fuel that way?
