The part when the guy is inside her dress and all is black means that he only sees her and hurts himself by doing that. Like he's blind to anything outside Hwasa's dress - other people and the world. In my country there's a saying used for children when they are more dependent of their parents than they should be and when they need their parents to do everything for them (it has another meaning but this is the one that matters in what I'm trying to explain). Which translated literally means "You are inside your mother's skirt", I think this saying can be used for this scene (I don't know if there's a similar saying in English or Korean, but I like to incorporate the one I know in this meaningful part).
