Rainy stormy weather is most definitely the best weather for fossil hunting. After all, all those fossils are (most of the time) brought out of the rock by rain and wind. Mary Anning made most of her big finds during or immediately after a storm :) Great video btw :)

You picked the best day to fossil hunt!...storms are good for washing out the fossils. I'll be in charmouth/lyme in three weeks. I cant wait. Found a lot of ichthyosaur vertibrae there.

7:50 We'd like to see a video of you opening that rock, whether or not you find anything interesting inside. The whole process is fascinating to us, and then of course there's another video of you, which got us all to this channel in the first place!

It's incredible you can be in some UK coastal zone with a hoodie or coat in the middle of a stormy weather and in southern France we are on the beach almost naked and with 40°.

Can't wait to see what you get from those! The pendant would look so pretty with wire wrapping around it.

Nice finds ! I especially like the little ammonite in the last rock, so cute ! I'm so gelous ... where I live the only "fosils" are traces of river worms in cimented clay :P .

2:20 Your camera will always try to focus on any face in frame. So block the lens from seeing your eyes, and it will focus on what is in front of it. Or move your face out of frame.

Why not use a gold wire as a setting that way you don't have to drill and destroy the item itself
