Sorry I personally felt like this is a goverment business If not the government should provide free cost of course and free cost Renew For ex : I'm a road seller of vegetables So if I don't have fostac certificate I'll charged for it 😃 Penalty

There is no penalty for not doing FoStTaC training. But for 25 workers there should be at least one Food safety supervisor under fostac, if not it will affect the fssai certification during renewal audits.

Online fostac course and their certificate will add something in resume or not? Or i should get certificate offline?? And not online

Nowadays, if u want to work in production department, sure this will help u to strengthen your resume. Because it is mandatory, mostly company itself will provide this training to their employees, but not all. If u r a fresher, it is better to get this training. As per current situation, offline is not possible. So only option is doing online. Both have same value

Yes, you should again attend FoSTaC training to extend to 2 more years. Coz fssai regulations are amending every time.

FSSAI recommends that all licensed food businesses must have at least one trained and certified Food Safety Supervisor under FoSTaC for every 25 food handlers in each premise. Not mandatory for small grocery shops.

FoSTaC ISO 22000:2018 Internal auditor HACCP Implementation courses So on.... It will depends on requirements of the company & the post you are in. But the above mentioned is common and recommend to do.
