Nice video. This video stirred some thoughts in me, which I must always remember. Sorry for this long response to this video. To reduce inflammation dietary changes help to reduce it, as you mentioned Uncle Floyd. Stop high starch carbohydrates especially potatoes, corn, flours, pasta, and for some people like me, I can no longer touch tomatoes unless they are cooked. Enjoy healthy protein and fresh green vegetables. And when you eat healthy carbs and when you do have a high sugary fruit, in strict moderation, always eat protein with it. The protein helps to break down the sugar. And when eating a high fat, good fat, item like avocado, enjoy a bit of fresh pineapple or lemon with it. Those items as well as mushrooms and onions help the body metabolize the food you eat: i.e., end your healthy high protein meal with a bit of any of these items: pineapple, mushrooms, onions, cucumbers; and don’t forget to add a few spices like flakes of dried red peppers, cayenne pepper, or paprika. Boiled eggs or poached eggs are a great additional snack to add as a between meal treat, as well. And don’t forget to cook with organic ghee as your cooking oil. That version of oil helps the body metabolize fats in your body as long as you only use a small amount each day along with an exercise routine: ex., a ten minute walk after your meal along with typical daily physical activity; bike ride, swimming. Something lite but raises your heart rate. ❤
