Michael, What a Fantastic end to this story. It was your Heart, Honor and Perseverance that made the difference in this man being able to wear his band again, that you hunted down. I live 200 yards from the beach but the water here is constantly murky and is known as the 'chocolate sea' so you do not see much at all and it always very cold so my detecting is almost always dry. Excellent video as always and nice finds, that ring was a stunner. Very entertaining.

A tip to those that always forget to remove their rings or simply don't want to remove a sentimental ring, Put a regular Rubber Band on your ring finger, to insure it won't fall off and be lost. This works well because the rubber band doesn't have to be wound on your finger real tight, simply needs to create a stop place for the ring. (Keep in mind, Rubber, if left on all the time, will Eat Away at Silver), not sure about gold. Rubber Bands for short time periods. : )
