The first car you came across at 1:50 was a Renault 4, in front of that the yellow one was a Renault 5. The one you were asking about at 3:14 was a Dacia 1300, which was the Romanian version of the 1970's Renault 12. It looked like there was a second Dacia 1300 in yellow seen at 2:09. Unusual to see a Dacia 1300 anyway, let alone 2 of them, as the Renault 12 would have been the more common version in the UK back in the 70s, so I presume he was a collector of Renaults and their derivatives.
