The only chase I've ever found was that animated Scarecrow, twice in fact. Didn't buy it either time because when the animated build a figure waves first came out, the Targets near me were asking $40 for an individual figure. Never went on clearance that I know of, either. Would have loved to find X-Men 97 or Deadpool anything, for months now we've just had the same entire shelf of clearanced Flash, Nekron, and a couple blue Superman figures.
