Found Plane Wreckage on my 2017 Mt Baldy Christmas Hike

Some clips from my annual Christmas day hike at Mt.Baldy.
I FINALLY found some of the airplane wreckage from the 1940s and tried to get lots of video of it. Some google map location is below and an article about the planes. Also, sorry for the crap audio. Filmed the whole thing with the GoPro and it turns out my finger was over the mic... dumb.

WATCH the plane wreak channel BT13A hosted by Pat Matcha, he has found the most southern California aircraft wreaks of anyone. He knows about and has made videos of all the Mnt Baldy plane wreaks.

Best footage I've seen of this hike yet, and really a memorial. Yes, 2 planes crashed in the early 40's I believe in a training mission. They recovered both bodies, but wasn't worth removing the wreckage. How difficult is this hike?? Thank you!

Really depends on your fitness level. I love that hike and do it a few times a year. First time I did it was before I moved out here to Cali. I was from Florida so the hard part was the elevation and thinner air. Now I'm used to it so it's not as shocking. I've taken lots of people on this hike and they've made it to the summit with me.
