​@@pixelate609 Calling modern NCD a Curse clone feels suuuper disingenuous. Her story is like. Completely different. I also dunno why y’all are acting like this video is separated from current when,, this is using the design from the current story. It’s just that at the point in the story when Found You takes place, Normal is still pre-transition and scrawny. The reason Normal’s design changes so much is that she actually has an arc of figuring out who she is and leaving the living weapon life behind, it’s representative of her becoming her own and being more comfortable with who she is. It’s actually a very moving story. But no. Because she’s trans and has an atypical body type we gotta label her a “Curse clone”. Wonderful, gotta love the exe community, where story never actually matters to people.

​@@pixelate609 Pardon, it’s just that nine times out of ten people get upset about the design more than anything. And my best explanation for the “similarities” to Curse (even though they have two completely different body types) is that the more humanoid design is quite literally just part of her current owner’s art style. I’m once again gonna say that boiling Curse’s story down like that feels wrong. Curse is, once again, a character with an actual story and personality, which is more than can be said for a lot of EXE-adjacent characters. His story actually is currently being reworked in order to make it make more sense, but it’s not going to fundamentally change who he is as a character. His creator is also having a hard time managing to get everything fully written out as his life has been. Let’s just say stressful for a while now. Curse really isn’t supposed to be an EXE in the traditional sense, he’s more of a dark AU/sadpasta who winds up hanging out with mostly EXE’s because of his circumstances. And I think that’s ok! A character shouldn’t have to fit the exe mold in order to sit at the table, official characters like Fleetway and Tails Doll as well as less scary characters like Wacky are considered part of the group all the time Idk why Curse is so often excluded. I also do not get what people’s problem with Curse being a “femboy” is. Like he’s just an effeminate trans man, what’s wrong with that? I don’t get it. Btw- I’m not angry or heated in any way. I know my replies are very long, but I’m not like. Upset, I’m trying to have a genuine discussion I’m not mad at you or anything, just offering my perspective and I tend to be long-winded about things..
