The tools used and methods looks so old.....Back breaking manual work paying in dimes.. The workers are simply semi skilled.....The country needs widespread public investments in skills in modern, efficient and more effective mechanised tools including block making machines......Power and wireless tools please.... Training also....tax free to training institutions with proven skills and facilities....
