It is always a good idea to have an Electrician on your team from early especially since an Electrical Plan is needed for Electrical Inspection and getting your certificate of compliance for JPS.... Please dont cast the floor before engaging an Electrician...

@@JamaicanVoltage Yes I understand, but this house is being constructed in Ghana, West Africa and the electrician will be doing work before the final leveling of the floor.

@@loisnewland2889 Hi, when using solid blocks the steel usage is less upwards. So beams and lentils are tied in to support the structure.
