Watching him use the 10 Meter Brick improperly from farther away than 10 Meters was painful to suffer though, like use the disc how it was made to be used guy no wonder you're not getting good results with it, you're throwing it from outside of 10 Meters, don't do that, it's a freaking putter you throw it like a brick that's the exact reason it's called the 10 meter brick like what's there not to understand?

The "10 Meter Brick" was made for just that--10 Meters. Throwing it at 60 feet like you say is well out of its design--especially with spin as the weight is in the middle of the disc. I still carry one. I use it more for a knee pad in the mud than throwing. But it has its place. Mine is very rubbery. More so than even a Gum Putt. So at twenty to thirty feet on a rock or hard pan green (think De La) where a roll away can mean climbing down a canyon, it comes out. It is like a wet rag and flops on the ground. But you have to pitch putt it preferable from a straddle stance. It needs to go up and down with as little spin as possible--hence the name "Brick". One last note: I have found a second use for it (third if you count the knee pad). Pinch it between the index finger and thumb and throw it over hand like a thumber. If you are within circle two and a twenty foot tree is between you and the basket, tomahawk LOB it over the tree. It will turn flat upside down and parachute to the ground. I have had many land in the bottom of the basket for a crazy save. It is such a wet rag it doesn't bounce out. Tip: it will drift toward the side the bottom was facing on the release. So you can curve it a little. As long as it is legal I will continue to carry one.

Thank you, I just got myself an original Brick and man is it awesome for just what it's made for, 10 Meter or less putts where you absolutely can not have it roll away and you have a nice straight line to the basket, it's just unfortunate that the final mold of the 10 Meter Brick is such absolute garbage not even in the same shame or rubber type polymer. I wish I knew where all the original 10 Meter Bricks were hiding, or could purchase the rights to the mold so I could contract them out to be made again, that would be sick.

For turbo putts I use just the index and pinky fingers on the rim. Index finger plenty to spin and pinky falls away as forearm and wrist rotate. ‘Rock and roll / devil horns’ grip.

A challenge idea: for any shot think what you would usually throw and pick the disc that is as different as possible. Fast - slow, flippy - stable and so on.

Tip for turbo putting. Don’t try to spin it with your wrist. Spin it with your index finger. Just a little flick right as you release.

First rule to learn to turbo putt. "Shoot finger gun with your throwing hand at your target as you finish." This will help you give rotation and help you with your direction. Once you start getting good rotation it will make more sense. then just remember the rotation is backwards from a right hand back hand putt so aim for the opposite side.

Best way to turbo putt (at least for me)....left foot forward for a right handed player, back of hand facing the basket - hand forward. Bring hand back towards shoulder turning hand so palm faces basket. Then make the throw with arm moving forward hand hand turning sideways (edge of palm towards basket). End pointing fingers at basket.

You guys need help with the turbo putts! Keep the thumb in the exact center of the disc. Use the thumb almost as a crosshair. Keep it in line with your aim point the entire time. Use more rotation of the wrist to get more spin on the disc. You can do it!
