Such a great interview - loved the challenging questions (and answers too). I think the way you ran this interview will be useful to those who have a questioning and perhaps more scientific mind (or “challenging” perspective in terms of questioning the validity of something). I also really loved the stories that Dicken shares as well - the stories 3P teachers/guides etc. (whatever word you want to use!) is one of the best things about the 3Ps as it really truly spoke to me when I was deeply troubled a number of years ago. To just know that there were similar people who had gone through similar things and were now living and loving life was so powerful to me. It is no hyperbole to say that these stories (and what Dicken shared here) saved and changed my life (I was suicidal and had pretty much most mental health issues and a lot of physical ones too). After a difficult few years of being a little lost again (although gradually dropping thought and coming back to who I truly am), this interview has really helped inspire me back into the world of sharing and continuing to talk about my experiences and help others. Thank you! Also, lastly, what a fantastic piece at the end - you are extremely talented (and not just with the piano, the interview too!).

Thank you so much for your kind, detailed and deep comment including sharing your inspiring personal story. You're spot on with the audience - I inted this channel to be a space for logically and scientifically minded people to feel good and seen, not only "spiritually" minded people. Again, thank you a lot!

@@BeyondSkepticismYou are most welcome! Hopefully those people, if they need to, also see that they can let go of any perceived beliefs about control, trust and see they can then use their intellect as it was designed (something I personally fell down with - using it to analyse too much! 😅). The world will massively benefit.

So beautiful 🌟 And a syncronistic beauty: I just looket at the screen the moment the interviewer said: “why 3 ”?” … and the time was … 1:33:33 on the recording 😂❤️

Thank you so much for taking the time to create such a deep exploration into the three principles with Dicken - and asking intellectual questions to try and explain what just is through the psychological trinity of mind consciousness and thought. A great interview (maybe taken tips from Piers Morgan?) which is insightful at every level. Caroline at A Slice of Happiness in Hertfordshire. sounds like insight is a gift to boost consciousness . We can't do it ourselves. So somone constantly in low mood and acting on it can't do better only if the MIND helps?

What about when thoughts keep activating the stress response for no apparant reason ?
@BeyondSkepticismАй бұрын
Thank you for your question, Julie! From how I understood Dicken, the reason for a stressful experience IS thought in the moment, not some circumstance. The experience itself "let's you know" about thought you didn't recognize yet, but still might have kept engadging in. When you, in the moment of stress, consider that the only source of that stress is thought, it might come up as good idea to not bother "doing anything" with it and let you inner wisdom handle it. If you don't do anything about experience, it tends to fly by and there might be new, fresh and maybe more beautiful experience faster than you think. It's the "trying to fix it" that often keeps it there.
@Julie-iw3mhАй бұрын
@@BeyondSkepticism Thank you for the explanation. I always am thinking and trying to fix the feelings and symptoms and so they keep coming out of habit as keep thinking the same old negative scary thoughts over and over. I wish I could be at peace in my mind and body. I have listening for few years now and yet still suffer.

Here also Marina Galan expands on free will sort of: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lV61qmCAgdaAiJI&pp=ygUWa2luZCBtaW5kIG1hcmluYSBnYWxhbg%3D%3D It is more complex than just concluding "we have" or "we do not have" free will :)
