My back aches for her. Let’s educate dental professionals on ergonomics along with all the other million functions dental assistants have to do.

DA standing definitely kills their back more than sitting. It's also bad for their knees because leaning over like in the video just creates an imbalance on the weight of the body, causing knee joints to lock often. Maybe lower the chair more so the DA can sit and still be able to see.

Being on foot whole day will kill DA’s back . She should start to sit and try that ways . Was it really necessary she hold the triplex for you ? That will be only reason she had to stand up .
