Really interesting Video. I was surprised how old and dated some of those apartments were. I would have been really disappointed if I had ended up in one of those for a holiday. Can't wait to see what the refurb is like. Keep up the great work you two.

Will be good to see the outcome , if they are to be of the same standard as the Penthouse Plus app , they'll be superb . However I cant believe that people could leave so much behind in terms of rubbish, could/would never do that anywhere we have been. Roll on November when we return to Paloma Penthouse Plus.

Hi Andrew. We have stayed on our 'family' holiday for last 10 years, last time February half term, and love the place as convenient for everything but just far enough away from centre to make it a peaceful holiday place. We like the fact you pool is heated and you can't get sun beds until 10.00 am so avoid the daft o'clock morning rush for sun beds. Also charging €2 means you don't get them taken all day with no one on them which is infuriating. The apartments themselves do need an upgrade and I hope you keep showing each stage of the refurbishment. It will will be great to see the progress and what furnishings are chosen. So keep them coming!

Can't wait to see them finished. Some parts of them seemed quite OK with just minimal upgrade but agree that others looked a bit dated. Was shocked to see how some people leave the apartments in such a mess. We always leave everything tidy as we can, pull the quilts back to air the bed and any rubbish is put altogether 😮

That’s our favourite complex to stay when we’re in Tenerife, we feel so safe and secure, staff are amazing and it’s a stones throw from all amenities and the beach , couldn’t ask for any more , look forward to seeing the updates well done 😎

Great vlog, we got our place in mainland Spain totally revamped a couple of years ago. Difficult when you are not present when the work is going on as it took a couple of months. New furniture was sourced locally, but a lot of the decorative items were brought out from Ireland. We still go to the Canaries a number of times a year cause we just like it, especially around Xmas and early new year as the temperatures are higher. Looking forward to the next vlog, it would be interesting to compare costs it you can get that information, cheers 👍

A tall fridge freezer and washing machine needed. We usually stay for 4 weeks at a time in Tenerife.

I wish so much that sun beds can be added on Balcony’s rather than dining tables, it’s the first thing we look for for, stops all that queuing and stressing for sun beds around the pool when you just want the sun and never use the pool!
