Super late but you and Mandylea really sold me on this pallet. You guys have such different looks with this pallet and really showcase the versatility you can do with this pallet. I also really like your take on the "gothic" look! It seems very wearable to me. Most looks like that seem like you need a special occasion to wear it or it's just too intimidating. Your take looks very soft and "day time" appropriate.

I bought this pallet when it first came out and I’ve absolutely loved it since I first laid eyes on it! But I have been watching tutorials for months trying to get my eyeshadow to look even remotely as good as the ladies making the videos and I never understand how they get it to look so good when it looks like garbage on me. But anyways, I just watched this video and went back and tried the pinks one on myself while rewatching that look and this was the first time I’ve ever been happy with the way it’s turned out! I could actually see the brushes you were using and you were describing the way to blend and for some reason I just understood what you meant ALOT better than I’ve ever understood anyone else’s videos. So thank you soooo much! I’m actually so proud of myself to have finally gotten it to look good on myself for once! Couldn’t have done it without this video! Subbed! Can’t wait to watch some more tutorials by you!

Morgana LaFay you’ll get there!! Just keep practicing! When I follow tutorials, it doesn’t come out the same either. We all have different techniques, the same way drawing a picture from a tutorial wouldn’t be an exact replica. My best advice is always that when you think you’re done blending, blend a little more 😘

Thank you so much for this! I usually have a lot of difficulty with watching tutorials on YT because I get easily annoyed I.e. the pace is too fast, I can’t see the look at the end due to the false eyelashes that were applied, the YTuber didn’t zoom in close enough, etc. I actually watched this video from beginning to end and learned from it, plus I really like that you did four looks instead of the same one or two looks that everyone else is doing.

I have the same problem with just one eye, drips and carries on. Haha I’m so cheap, I buy the wash cloths at Walmart with the loofah material on one side and keep it at my beauty desk and wipe my brushes on that. Works lovely and is $1.98 for 2! Haha plus it washes when it gets too dirty. Lol

You don't need a colour switch, you could just use any old (but clean!) towel to wipe your brushes on...

Eh it was only $6 and it does a really good job getting the color out of the brush quickly.
