Yeeeees! I'm so glad you were able to pick up on that! I pulled from Takami’s back story! There's not too much info on his dad but I took what I knew: his father being a criminal, abusive and keeping Takami trapped in the house and ran with it. I used manga panels for inspo on what his house looked like, the beer bottles on the floor coming from how dirty and unkempt the house looks in the manga. I love when people pick up on the little details in the story, it really made my day to see that, I'm so glad you enjoyed it!

Okay I still gotta do laundry but you know I have to rant. This is AMAZING. PHENOMINAL. GORGEOUS. a work of literal art. One of the best fanfictions ever. You made me cry, you made me laugh, your absolutely gold-teir voice acting made me pause on so many occasions. I'd been so excited to listen ever since it came out, but WOW it exceeded all of my very-high expectations. The writing??? Perfect. Every single scene had my jaw on the floor. From MC getting the courage to talk to Hawks, to the drink pouring, to RIPPING OFF THE DOOR, and pure sweet precious baby Kuro who isn't going to be endgame because it's a Hawks fanfic but I hope we don't break his heart. And the fact that he got hurt but he's still helping us??? And having a dramatic breakdown for all the world to see - and he got COOKIES? sweetie. And after that. My God. The voice acting and writing and backstory and emotions built up for these characters mixes and culminates and becomes the perfect concoction to make me absolutely bawl. Besides for the memories it brought back, the mental images and stuttering voice of Baby Bird was so powerful and heartbreaking. And the last scene where he STABS MC? crying in the cluuuuub because YES to all the not-so-subtle symbolism that he's hurting them. If any fanfiction deserves to get turned into a book or movie (which copyright forbids but nevermind that-) it would definitely be this. No, it would be a whole musical and I could already think of songs- wait no shhh brain. The point is, this is so good, I'm absolutely hooked. You're such a pro, already eagerly awaiting a part three, whenever you release it.
