Thats a great point jay has touched upon about the fact that people woukd say he was unwell 'because of all the shit hes done '(military operations etc)and jay says no its because of not being trained to deal with life ,i found that when at school when you leave you face tbe big bad world with zero training in life skills like worry stress and thats where alot of mental problems can manifest or trigger.they should start early in schools with this stuff its absolutely essential to deal with our life.
