This is pure genius Dayton, the music is exactly what a watchmaker hears when listening to his favourite movement, watches don’t just tick they make music and only a watchmaker can detect the delicate chimes and beats that the mechanism makes. Thanks! I agree. I find this video mesmerizing. I hate the word grok but I want to grok this and other movements so I can run models of them in my mind and begin to manipulate and change them and then design my own movements. The music helps: a bit like A Clockwork Orange but without the violence. 😂
