It’s beautiful isn’t it! It’s a type of mavembe - low F, known as nemakonde/nhemakonde introduced by Samson Bvure and popularised by Forward and his many recordings. This one I was lucky to bring home with me, the ultimate souvenir - made by Leonard Chiyanike.
