About this population, most of the parents live on welfare, meaning they live on tax payers' money/ the burden of the tax payers, these parents giving birth many kids to collect more money from the government , the children who were born are not well raised by their irresponsible parents, live like wild plants without education, as they grow up the boys will commit crimes, the girls will live on welfare; there are many families with 3 generations live on welfare. The Democratic party has done a good job gaining more votes thanks to this population.
