Angie Eastbrook is a black belt and gym owner, training and teaching out of Ethos Martial Arts in Chandler, Arizona.
She got into Jiujitsu with her husband and while coming up the ranks they decided to open up their own gym and make Jiujitsu their life. She leads the kid and women programs with now over 80 students.
Here she shows how to properly move our hips through an Omoplata attack, in order to collapse our opponent and apply the torque needed on the shoulder to finish the submission.
