The lesson here is coworkers are not your friends. Never confide in them about anything! If there is to be a fall guy that Emmanuel fellow is gone. I think this plaintiff is disgruntled and there are lies tinged in there and this is driven By jealousy. But she will get paid as that will be better than the exposure from fighting the lawsuit.

Imo, Fieri didn't include Emmanuel b/c she is going for the bigger fish with the most power & money. She feels some sort of way that Joy is in good with the VP of operations. Fieri wanted the big fish. Emmanuel is a powerless, lower paid ₩#¡+e folks Kn£e-ga. Also, Skip offered Fieri $1.5 million to sleep with her! Integrity & morals aside.....that's an indecent proposal many women would consider. All is, in my opinion, and alleged.

I think the biggest issue is the fact that the plaintiff named Joy in the case. The angle that she is taking naming Joy and discussing what Joy was doing is a bit suspect... also for the record while the plantiff may not be "white" she has the white woman's mentality and correlating the plaintiff to a white woman speaks to the fact that regardless of the race, when they see blk women they see someone below them.
