@@kkheflin3 - I think that the imposition of meds will get her there, and they’ll make her acting less effective. I do fear it may take long enough to sever the cases, which causes me concern. But, I’ve seen people with schizophrenic and schizoaffective disorders dial down very effectively with meds. Let’s remember that Idaho has a pretty low bar for competence. She can think she’s the priestess of the universe; that won’t stop justice. Hon. Boyce knows these are DP cases and he’s going to go over Idaho’s Rules of Procedure with a fine-toothed comb to mitigate appeal opportunities, IMO.

@@chelseaj2356 Excellent points. I have a strong background in psychology and education and I fear she suffers from a personality disorder rather than a mental illness. A mental illness such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder can be treated with medication. A personality disorder such as narcisssism or borderline or anti-social personality disorder cannot. As I am sure you aware those are deeply rooted in childhood and medication won't help with those. I personally hope they CAN detect a true "mental illness" but based on her performances with various types of law enforcement over the years we have observed I find it doubtful she suffers from a true mental illness which could be treated with medication. It will be interesting to see how this evolves.

I keep wondering if the goal of “restoring her competence” is cult deprogramming so they can act like “poor widdle Lori”was a victim of Chad’s cult, but the reprogramming isn’t working since Lori is just as much a part of the cult as Chad. I’m sure she kept his phone on purpose so he would have to come back in looking for it, and he would be mad. It was part of their plan. But she made sure to preface that part of the story with, “and this is his M.O. He ALWAYS comes back in for something,” to make it sound like it wasn’t because of her. If he was so mad and crazy and she was scared that he would hurt her, then why would she taunt him by not giving his phone back? Nope. They had a plan and unfortunately it worked.

Lori prolly told Charles she wanted to talk to him for a few min then Alex probably came around the corner and shot him. Lori prolly grabbed Charles phone and keys and walked out the door.

They took whatever she said and fell for it Hook Line & Sinker. And there is rumors that one of the reasons they didn't do an investigation is because they were getting pressure from an LDS police officer. Awful police work!

So why did Tylee say that the confrontation started in front of her, and somehow Lori completely skipped that and went to Charles putting JJ in the car... But Tylee said she and JJ went outside alone to the driveway...? 2 completely different versions of the events, and with Alex's version makes 3 different versions of events. This is mindblowing, fr...just wow! She left the scene of a murder, walked by his body, and Alex called her before he called the police....45 minutes after the shooting.

Charles took JJ to the car.. conflicting stories,, surely should have been a red flag for the so called smart cops.. if they had done their job properly .. many lives would have been saved.. My dad & uncle acted nice when around company then turned abusive as soon as people leave so just cuz others dident see him be abusive doesent .mean share is wasn't even if Laurie did taunt him by keeping his phone that doesn't give him the right to hit I don't think Lori is a good mom because she shouldn't have send her kid in the house where there's a dead body to get her Mom's wallet there's definitely something off about Lori her sister or I think it's your cousin and her sister admitted that the family had sexual abuse went on and there's different levels of mental health issues I mean you have to have some kind of mental health issue to kill somebody but there's different levels of it and she's definitely not in psychosis she might be brainwashed which is very powerful I'm not condoning what she did but I'm not going to say that she was never abused and that contributed to her doing what she did and I feel more so bad for the kids it's just paper saying she was never abused and I don't believe that she was I mean the daughter said so and the daughter didn't get along with her ex-husband but yes she should be in jail just not safe around public my aunt walked in and told him to stop and I almost stopped breathing and so I feel extra bad for the kids cuz that's how one of them was killed and I'm disabled and my uncle would not learn coping skills on how to deal with a disabled kid and I saw my uncle's mom abused her son has the same age as me really badly but he should have been responsible and got help but men are taught to not get help cuz it's considered only something women are supposed to do and that needs to change men have issues too and they need coping methods but they're taught to suck in their emotions and pretend they don't exist and they just bottle all their emotions and hurt up and then they lash out on people and sexist religions teach hierarchy and teachers that don't blame women you know the Adam and Eve story and it's not correct you know it's wrong to blame women for everything which happened in my family and Lori sister did admit that their dad was accused of sexually abusing family members kids and incest was going on and her dad's arrested for tax fraud and so she definitely went through some stuff and it messed her up in the head and she needs help she needs Psychotherapy counseling they need to help reverse the brainwashing in her I hope she gets better and she definitely deserves jail time for everything she did and I'm not going to lie to myself and say that she's lying about everything cuz she's not I think people just they want to believe that the person is lying about everything and I'm sure she is manipulative but she's definitely telling the truth about some stuff

Three different versions. Tylee never said Charles swung at her. Tylee said she fell . No mention of this by her mum. Alex said a different version. They waited to Ambush Charles. Maybe Tylee was told that Charles was dark . All Charles wanted was to pick up JJ and leave. She grabbed his phone to cause trouble and to offer an explanation of why there were shouting. She stole is phone which is a crime. She knew Charles was never physically violent. She probably hit Alex with the bat to cover up the murder . I hope she gets what she deserved . Plus to put this all into perspective Tylee was murdered 3 months later . Alex was most likely murdered, or he committed suicide, the day after Tylee and JJ were exhumed. She truly is the evil one.
