Portland woman attacked by 8 dogs, severely injured

My friend is in an institution wheelchair bound after being attacked by a pack of pit bulls while out walking. Her scalp was ripped off as well as other major injuries. No one ever claimed the dogs..all were shot by neighbors before animal control got to residence. There was questions regarding the killing of dogs but that how they do it in the country.

If a person wants to minimize potential for animal injuries, be prepared. This requires forethought and self awareness in public spaces congruent to densely populated areas. Eight dogs means there was problem LONG before the attack.
