If people would pay attention the suburban areas we and west are surrounded by preserves and prairies Yes there are coyotes and there are bobcats It amazes me that city people aka media find this a problem Yet the rats in the city are HUGE and that is not a dilemma.

People and media acting surprised. Coyotes been around Chicago area for years. The problem is more and more of the land they used to roam and live is front taken away and built on. Where do you expect animals to go when this happens? Of course they will be in neighborhoods and such. Smarten up

I remember I was walking home one night and I encountered a coyote and it scared me half to death it was huge I first thought it was a wolf since I was walking through Lincoln Park and my first thought was it escaped from the zoo😅.
