What hospital has security guards with guns? No hospital ive worked in has guards with guns. The City Police are called when needed.

Florida hires either G armed officers or use off duty sheriffs deputies 🚔 or PD. Orlando.gov PD charges $90/hour. I'd add if you carry a gun in a clinic or 🏥 you need a level ll or lll holster.

I'd add 083 VA police 🚔 VA.gov have used 9mm guns for 25-30+ years. Sworn LE officers. Most used SIG P229s but I think they went to Glocks or new SIG P320 9mm pistols.

Alot of hospital have armed security guards now. Especially in texas

Alot. In Tennessee more hospitals have armed security than not, which is good. Hospital security is more dangerous than being a cop.
