And how, at 89, she started a nationwide movement that would result in Juneteenth becoming a national holiday.

It's important to note that Opal Lee is a part of the Steve Williams group collecting money in the name of the official National Juneteenth Observance Foundation. Opal knows Steve williams is a liar and crook. Is she an assessory to a crime? Why doesn't she report Steve and his group to proper authorities for abusing Mr. Ben Haith, the designer of the National Juneteenth flag? Opal must tell the public where their unofficial group is depositing the from membership, flag sales, and other donations. Why did Steve Williams and Opal Lee invite the late Dr. Ronald Myers Sr's family to the White House?
