So then that means there ARE two people with the same fingerprint??

No. Around 8 weeks in the womb, the baby begins to form fingers and fingerprints are made by fingers coming into contact with the fluid and walls of the amniotic sac. Since everyone moves differently in the womb, even identical multiples can not have the same fingerprint. Even if one damages their fingerprint it will grow back the exact same way it was originally formed.
