Brady/Giglio list and QI are 2 different things. QI insulated cops from lawsuits when they violate rights. Brady/Giglio just means the defense has to be notified the cop/prosecutor has a history of professional dishonesty. 1 sCOTUS scheme makes sure rights violations keep on happening while the other protects dishonesty

When a police officer lie in their police report, shouldn't they be put on that Brady list as well? Anytime a officer breaks the law or unalive a innocent person, they should be put on the Brady list but they get a slap on the wrist. Meanwhile if a civilian does what a bad cop do, they'd be sitting *under* the jail. Even those who get falsely arrested by a bad cop should be put on that Brady list. That list should be ten thousand miles long by now, but it's not.
