If he does get convicted due to the crime of passion defense he might get only 10 years, but b/c he murdered two people it will be a stiffer sentence for sure.

He called the police after he killed them, he don't regret getting caught he turned himself in, you can clearly see this is a crime of passion, he loved her so much she ended it with him he didn't want to end it and he was also worried she was going to find someone else, its obvious he most likely treated her as less than himself because he was getting recognized on tik tok and that is probably the reason she wanted out of their relationship, so him being obsessed with her he added a listening app on the tablet an listened in probably the whole time he wasn't living where he could have eyes on her every minute, this is an " if I can't have her no one can have her " crime of passion killing. Usually when its a crime of passion and its a shooting and it's the ex husband/Boyfriend they usually will take themselves out after they get rid of the ex-wife/girlfriend and her new love intereest.

She already didn't want to be with him for very long time, but he was the one which was gaslighting her, blame her then play victim when he have never been, not even for a second a victim in this relationship. He was a control freak, a narcissistic and an abuser......not then and ever she could be with anyone else, but he could and he was. He cheated on her so many times. And don't portrait him as a Muslim. If he was a Muslim YOU CANNOT CHEAT ON YOUR WIFE. You cant. You can have 4wifes if the first accepts it and if you can treat them equally. So if you spend the day with one, tomorrow you ll do same with another one. You give this one 100$, you give the other(s) same. So all you do you multiply by 2,3 or 4....I won't bring up why this came up, why the man could have 4 wifes. It s not our subject. His issues have nothing related with the religion, by what he did he S not a Muslim... A Muslim won't cheat, won't beat his wife, will be responsabile and take care of his kids and won't kill anyone, ever!!!!

I'm glad you are out of that relationship now. I wish you nothing but the best. You now know the signs & I hope you will never settle for less than the absolute best because that's what you deserve. I was also with a controlling abusive man. We were married & had 3 children. On top of everything you described above, he would go out partying most nights (even on holidays). When I finally left he refused to let me take the kids (a 2 yr old, 3 yr old & an 8 yr old) He started trashing & smashing the house & burned all of my clothes & things in a wheel barrel in the backyard after pouring gas on them. I waited down the street & called the police. I was able to get my kids out when they arrested him. I eventually met a man that I found so beautiful I couldn't look in his sparking light blue eyes without my stomach dropping out of my butt. He treated me like a queen & with respect from day 1. I always said that I went from a nightmare to a day dream. He also had 3 children that he was raising. They're grown now but it was like the Brady bunch, 3 boys, 3 girls. lol There's nothing that he wouldn't do for me. There is not enough room on this page for me to explain how good of a man he is & how amazing he has treated me. It'll be 25 yrs next month in august. I wish the same kind of partner for you.

He's not remorseful nor does he feel any guilt. What he's feeling is shame, not because of what he did, but because of what others perceive him to be. He's angry and scared he got caught and couldn't escape but he's not having an outburst out of guilt or remorse. He plads not guilty and is trying to escape prison or the death sentence. He is all about self preservation, not redemption.

@TYRUS HOUSE, You're wrong. His family are people, not items They don't belong to him. He doesn't own them. His wife was filing for a divorce. She had the right to. He was abusive and did not deserve her and it was her right to leave an abusive man but he kept on stalking her then killed her. She wasn't even cheating since the relationship was already over. A restraining order was made, kicking him out of the house and filing for divorce. That means the relationship is far over. She can find a new, better man who would truly love her instead of treating her as a possession. Not gonna lie, the fact that you would rather support this monster instead of the woman who is DEAD makes me feel like you empathize with him because you are alike and you're feeling insecure that you'll be judged just like him. The fact that you wrote in all caps also makes me feel like you're screaming and having an outburst just like this guy. If you see yourself in this man, you really need to change. This man is a bad man. You can have the most severe heartbreak and disappointments but never resort to killing. Resorting to killing means that you see yourself as above the lives of other people, that you see their lives as something you could just take away if you wanted to. And that is simply wrong.

I KNOW THAT MAN WAS NOT ABUSIVE FOR A FACT BECAUSE HIS WIFE DIDNT CARE ABOUT HER CHILD FACT ! . @TYRUS HOUSE, Yup that confirms it. You definitely see yourself in this man and I'm telling you now sir. There's no justifying what he did. He murdered someone and there's not a single justification for murder except self defense. The fact that you would rather support this abusive man than his wife who is now dead speaks volumes. I can see that you share the same mentality with Jinnkid and I'm telling you now sir. It is simply wrong.

For everyone here that is defending him saying, "Oh he lost control over his emotions, it's not his fault. His wife cheated on him." No it is still his fault. If you have underlying aggression and obvious lack of self control, you are obviously a danger to those around you. You are like a ticking time bomb ready to explode any minute and until you get yourself together, you can't have a safe relationship with anybody. Furthermore, she didn't cheat. She was filing for divorce. She ended the relationship already. He knows this but he denies it and just won't let her go cause he thinks he owns her.
