Even the investigating officer that has backed the prosecution depicts a scenario of Miu being assaulted repeatedly before the first assailant was stabbed, assaulted repeatedly before the 2nd stabbed and so on. It depicts at least 2 of the assailants impaling themselves on the knife by attacking him including the one that was disemboweled. The witnesses gave sworn statements to police, but the video discredits them. Then, they all gave testimony contradicting their sworn statements and the video, that's perjury. It's a huge fucking mess. The guy was guilty of lying to police, tampering with evidence and the prosecution should have pursued challenging the use of deadly force for self-defense, they could have convicted him on relative charges for sure. Instead, it's 1st degree murder and 4 counts attempted 1st degree murder as though the drunken mob is unconditionally innocent because of their ages, their injuries and one dying. They instigated all the violence and brought it on themselves. By the time he was trying to explain himself to the young women that approached him, they were the first to shove him. Immediately after, the young men started assaulting him from every direction and literally ran themselves into the knife he was holding. They all lied about him punching Madison in the face and the video proves it. When they finally shout "he hit a girl?!" mocking him, he had actually just stabbed the girl during the mass group assault. When the sheriff's deputies arrived, the first thing Madison does is run up and shout "he hit me!" instead of saying her friends are dying and in need of urgent care. *They were so focused on telling a lie where he started it that it has imploded on them 10 times over.* He is accused of punching her while the knife was in his hand, and also of slapping her while the knife is in his hand and then, even after they claim that happened, *still none of them saw the knife?!* They're all liars and for that, he should be acquitted of all 5 charges. The things he did do wrong are totally negated by their lies, their crimes and the prosecutor backing them up 110%.

It does show the punch you just have to use context clue. After that moment one of the boys yells “he hit a women! He hit a woman!” And immediately after the incident happened when police interviewed everyone, everyone mentioned the punch In that exact moment that matches up with the video. Let's get something clear right now! If anybody knows anything about the Law they would know that the person who throws the first punch would be taken to jail and would be charged with assault and battery. So this case is based on self defense, but yet we see clearly he is the one who was causing bodily harm with a dangerous weapon! This case should have never came to trial based on Self defence and the Lawyer should have known this. Just because he got called names he felt the need to stab people? That's not how our Law works.

No - you did not notice that because there is no possible way to know if or not they are lying. Multiple witnesses from two separate groups have all corroborated the key fact which means it is very very implausible that they are lying.

And also, I thought my memory was bad, but I see in watching all these kids testify memory loss of great magnitude occurs after only 2 years when you are being questioned in court and the truth of what happened is somewhat damning to you. I’m just hearing of this and watched a few testimonies. This guy is on video stabbing young kids, and kills one! I thought wow open and shut case what a psycho. Now I see people are actually defending this guy???? Holy cow!! He had every chance to walk away and chose to start stabbing people. I swear sometimes I feel like I’m living in the twilight zone with the behavior people try to defend!!
