Darrell Brooks could call his mother to the stand and testify himself Monday, Oct. 24 before jury instructions begin in the Waukesha Christmas parade trial. This, after a shocking end to the third week of the trial, which saw the defendant give the judge a "stare down" that she said scared her to the point where she had to call for a break in the proceedings.
