Delta now under investigation following week of canceled, delayed flights

Instead of launching an investigation, why doesn't Pete look at some way to help the debacle. For instance, I wonder how many of those cancelled flights were due to flight attendants running out of hours? Could they provide a waiver for flight attendants to go over hours? Maybe not pilots though. I think this may be another instance of the government getting in the way rather than helping with a solution.

how about they hire more flight attendants instead of overworking even more the ones they currently have? they don’t only serve for customer service, they have to deal with safety checks, babysit grown adults that don’t know how to behave, keep calm at any emergency that might come up, guiding hundreds of scared people, and more. hey can’t be sleep deprived, one misstep and people die, themselves included.

booooook at a different airline... It happened to me.... 1. being pushed back on Air Canada in Vancouver only to be pushed back. before i even got off the airline ... had a flight out just two hours on United...when they announced the flight is canceled I pushed the pay button..walked a few gates down and left. Same thing happen in Italy on Delta.. but I booked to Heathrow and then flew out on a different delta flight to JFK then took Hawaii air back home to Hawaii
