Look into the holley blackheart mounts,they use the stock k member and set the engine in stock position. And clears a truck intake and stock steering rack . Ls3 camaro manifold will clear the steering shaft and can be had for $50. Mounts are pricey put it will save money in other places

It's possible to LS swap just about anything. Some cars they make kits that make it pretty straight forward. Others you have to do a ton of fab work. I believe that's the same body style as this one right? If so it's relatively straight forward

A year later, but someone might see this. The only difference between the 88 and 92 is the 92 has slightly larger front wheel wells for the bigger pony rims.

I would at least check measurements for stock 87-04 mustang v6-v8 drive shafts .might work.instead of buying custom

The ls engines are powerful but not cool in a fox body maybe in a iroc crapmaro or an old nova or something
