Foxbox FB0030 Digital Analog Watch Review

I bought myself one for Christmas(yes, I'm a poor person;) ) . I just set it up; pretty much intuitive but does come with a manual. Mine is black(bezel) and dark green. I NEVER wear any of my Chinese made watches in the water; not washing dishes, showering,etc. I'm not really a horologist; I just like variety! I have about 55 watches in my collection, nothing over $150. Smael,Navi-force(a bit better quality), Seiko, Citizen,Timex, Invicta, Casio(ediface& g-shock)...My one piece of advice, if you do decide to buy a China built watch; get one with a Japanese movement. They keep very good time; which, after all, is thee most important quality in a watch. And yes, I do like my Lige/Foxbox... Merry Christmas to all !!

Rather nice watch, i like it. If would buy Casioak homage i think i would go SKMEI. Thank you for time doing this review.

Thanks for this review. I've put this in my cart a couple times and then bailed. I prefer the SKMEI's and will stick with them.

I have the Sanda CasiOak, and the ana digi movements are synced, and the hands are motorized. If FoxBox insisted on put two separate movements in the watch, they really should have just skipped adding a second. That's really the biggest issue for me.

Its almost the same as the Sanda 6016. The strap, the hands, the caseback (without the texts), the dial (except has Foxbox text), the lume, the indices, even the small minute markers. But the Sanda has a synced movement.

The Sanda 6061 is my second best CasiOak homage atm. They also released it with the name OFNS on the dial. The newer 6200 release is not so elegant.

@@bradleypariah Its something personal, but I like the Ohsen 2203 the best. Its a hard, indestructible cockroach! 🪳Spent three days in hot water in a thermal spa with 4m jumps into the pool, wearing it for everyday jobs like gardening, etc. But its not synced, and only the basic functions are available (like an F-91W + EL). Compared to the Sanda the Ohsen has a more comfortable strap, and the LCD part is more legible. Lume is the same. But I would recommend the Sanda 6016 for others. Why I would prefer the Sanda over the Skmei: it has better EL, better lume, and a stainless steel buckle. But the Skmei has way more variants to choose from.

I know 14(!) different chinese CasiOak homages (including 5 different variants of Skmei), but I stayed with the Sanda 6016 (and the Ohsen 2203, which is not available anymore).
