I do not how see this pastor thought that another pastor was just going to give him a structure. He took it with very few questions or not correct questions asked nor did he seek help with the transaction. Pastor Grey, like a lot of them, seems to be carrying some baggage that does not look good for a man of God, i.e. a moneychanger and a poor thinking one at that. No wonder Christ threw out the moneychangers from the temple. When he returns, he is going to have to do it once again.

Why Christians (or should I say "churchgoers) prefer to concentrate on the dark side instead of finding the good and praying for a fallen leader is totally amazing to me. Speak the TRUTH - YES! The truth is this Pastor John trusted a word and a hand shake, Pastor Ron knew he had no legal right to transfer a property he had a mortgage on, which he did not own it outright , so he couldn't transfer the property in totality. He leased the property so that Pastor John could pay the bills which allowed him to move to CA and attempt to start a new ministry in that location. Pastor John was a novice in Realestate and was not informed that a lease'e has no power to negotiate any payments or or restructure the loan payments. From the onset Pastor John should have known that rarely a outside Pastor would rendered a fully paid Church and property to non son. The value of the presently own property has to be in the millions? Secondly this is the issue for me and who am I nobody but why would The Carpenters place such a heavy burden on Relentless to pay 26k a month for retirement this is over taxing the people of God, my math is not of such I would be deemed a mathematician but 26k a month is 312. thousand dollars a year. Wow final statement we do things without consulting God and then co-sign his name to give it authenticity and he never gave his consent towards these endeavors.

This is a sad situation but what I want to know is was the grays aware of the financial situation that was left before they took the keys 🔑? If they are paying rent to the owners it’s the owners responsibility to keep up with the taxes and repairs of their own buildings. That to me was a shady deal from the start... I think they should of hired a good business advisor and accountant with a board to stay on top of these issues instead of overseeing the issues that built up to the fallout.
