He hasn’t yet. He was arrested and charged with assault, he is just awaiting his court date. He was either bailed out or released without bail. You cannot deprive a person of their rights, even if you don’t agree with what they have done. And in this country, everyone is innocent until proven guilty. The problem is that places like LA and NYC have so much crime that people that commit such crimes can have several months before they go to trial. I am surprised that the police haven’t arrested him for animal abuse/cruelty. There seems to be enough witnesses of him doing that to make an arrest and charge him. And if he was charged with a different crime, he might be denied bail or have it raised to such an amount that he cannot make it. It is strange that he hasn’t been arrested for killing the cats. Maybe those claiming he has either didn’t actually see him do it or they don’t want to get involved.
