Do you still think about it? (Not winning a Premiership). Well with Fletcher, and Matty it's hard not too.

Well done Hindy, looks like all the hard work paid off. Some of the best players in the game missed out on a premiership. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have got one. It’s just luck on the day. There have been some players who didn’t deserve one and because they were in the right team of champions they got one. Good interview, I enjoyed it. 👍

What a great story to see the serious side of Nathan. It’d be great to see a story of his brother Ian and his upbringing through the junior ranks then to NRL.

Your not the only player to not win a GF , blocker , junior , sirro, Gary jack , ET and if I think really hard I could add to this I’m sure . I wonder how many players there are that may have been in a GF winning team but never played city v country , state of origin or for their country ? One thing you do have over Matty and Fletch is you were a one club man - something that is unfortunately becoming a thing of the past . Pulled this from Wikipedia in case anyone is interested Some pretty impressive statistic there ! NRL Career: 330 1998-2012 Parramatta Career: 330 games (Most First Grade games played for Parramatta) 1998-2012 First Grade Debut: Parramatta v Adelaide Rams at Parkes, 16 May 1998 (Round 10) Average Tackle Count - 49.91 (2011) 60 Tries 242 Points Most first grade games in NRL history without ever winning a premiership First player in NRL history to make over 10,000 tackles First player in NRL history to make over 11,000 tackles First player in NRL history to make over 12,000 tackles Third player in NRL history and first Parramatta player to pass 30,000 running, attacking metres Representative honours[edit] 17 games for NSW 2001-10; 23 Tests for Australia 2000-09; World Cup 2000, Tri-Nations 2004, Tri-Nations 2006, Four Nations 2009 Prime Ministers XIII 2005, 2008, 2011(Captain) Awards[edit] Provan-Summons Medal: (fan's choice for Player of the Year) 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2011 Dally M Second Rower of Year:2000, 2001, 2004, 2005, 2006 International Forward of the Year: 2004

After watching all the piss takes on the Matty Johns show (Sorry yeah have laughed numerous times), its refreshing to see Hindy in this light - Its hard to understand what some of these athletes actually go through to achieve their goals. Well done Hindy on fantastic career mate and all the best for you and your family's future.
