I hugged my colleague because she was teary eyed. We worked very closely together to work with our patients . As physical therapists , we are very touchy , feely so when I saw her upset , I gave her a hug . I told her “ I’m sorry but every thing will be alright “ and I left the gym . She filed a sexual harassment complaint against me. We had a department meeting and our supervisor said that non of us are allowed to hug each other . You had to be there to understand why everyone was so upset. Non of us had any problems with giving each other hugs because our job as physical therapist is emotionally and physically draining . After that , the moral of our department was so low that I just quit and within a day u was hired else where . I’m a female and I’m a heterosexual. There was no intent in my part to hurt my colleague/ close friend . The me too movement has gone way too far.

Not that rare, happens most of the time when a democrat is being interviewed. Honestly, a interviwer isn't supposed to just let the interviewee go off and take total control of the conversation. The interviewee is just supposed answer questions, and if they're good questions the interviewer would be pressing for specific answers and force issues. Obviously this wasn't that sort of interview, so it's fine, but saying a interviewer should just let a interviewee talk... just seems silly. That almost always ends badly, and is because the interviewer is soft balling and biased towards the interviewee. Certainly isn't rare though.
