I tried Promods for the first time a few days ago, and i love it. The only issue i have is that PNG graphic mod doesn't seem to be fully compatible with Promods and the Middle East extension. I'm waiting for my paycheck and then buy JBX, looks really good, and alot brighter than most other mods. Great video fox.

Promods is a must have once you've tried it, it is easily the best map mod out there at the moment. You can also use others and combo them all together, I suggest checking out WombatTrucker for videos covering that. JBX is a wonderful graphics mod, it works on pretty much every map mod that i've tried too.

I have been playing ETS2 since June 2020, but started with ProMods 2.50 last week, that’s definitely a game changer. It’s amazing. I’m just sad I have to play with medium graphics settings cause it’s too much for my PC lol

Why is there no *good* website for the mods? navigating Workshop is... terrible, Nexus doesn't have much (better for other games like mass effect), the few I've found, go to, say, ETS2 Trucks. and suddenly, you get truck PARTS or PAINTJOBS listed, hiding things like ACTUAL TRUCKS. (example. I want to find, say, a Scania with the 'nose' design, and a modder actually made one, but it ends up buried page after page of paintjobs for existing base game trucks or part modifications for said trucks. Like... W? *sees picture of a gearbox* this is not a truck *sees picture of a truck with a paint bucket photoshopped into the picture* this is a truck, but the logo means its about the paintjob. and therefore the websites go, "huh I guess these are for trucks so lets chuck em in there" Mods that have a mix of trucks, parts and paintjobs should really go in a "Mod Pack" folder. Even Nexus mods - which only has like a dozen? has a mod category for economy mods. ... they're all by one guy about making the game easier to make waaay too much monies, but still.

@@FoxOnTheBox I was comfortable on 1.37 got all my sounds now on 1.38 but some sounds may work on 1.38 lol I used to like the scania 143 sound but it's not the same now I was speaking to my friend who plays ets2 and we both said be coll having a truck wash simulation mod with rotating brushes as there are mods out there simulation gates and passengers too be cool tho 👆👆😁

Not all of the mods need extracting, look inside them first.
