Well it's not going to be anybody from Andy Reid's staff. It's not going to be anybody from the Kansas City Chiefs cuz he was there for so many years. This is his first opportunity to be the offensive coordinator if the Washington commanders are better on offense than they have been, then his style works on that team. If they're not, then you'll get a clear indication and I don't want to hear anything about well. The players are soft or the players are crazy. The players will respond if they believe in what the coach is saying, especially The head coach

Any time you ask for an example of these “racially biased” hiring practices in the NFL, Eric Bieniemy is the poster child and explicit proof that “racism” is some kind of prevalent issue. Turns out reports of him being a throwback disciplinarian who can’t connect with younger players has surfaced. Somehow it’s still a problem despite Bieniemy being one of seemingly endless isolated incidents that wasn’t race based. It’s an issue just not in this circumstance and the other… I don’t know 10’s of 100’s of such isolated incidents that weren’t race based. In 2023? I don’t buy it.

Shady McCoy is not the guy you should be listening to when it comes to coaches. Thar dude doesn’t want to practice or be coached hard. He is the only former player to come out and say anything negative about EB coaching style. All the other players said he was a great coach and he pushed them to beat great. The fact that Shady said he “cussing people out for the little details”. Uhhh yeah because if you don’t correct those little details in practice you gonna make those same mistakes In the regular season it’s gonna cost you some games. It is more about culture than race, but race is a hidden factor. Let me explain quickly: how many former black football players turned coaches have a country club demenor and outlook on life??? Very very few. Tony Dungy, Herman Edwards types are rare air. Tomlin got lucky by interviewing with the Steelers, who already possessed and maintains a tough guy culture. Owners tend to hire the coach that has a corporate demenor, plays golf, and laughs at stiff jokes, many of these jokes being culturally oriented. Bienemy is not about all of that and only a few organizations will take that into account, depending on the team and the current owner's mindset.

Players respond differently to different people. If his style is very abrasive, then it's going to show out there on the football field. We're not going to know the answer to this until we see the Washington commanders perform better on offense. If they perform better then his message is getting through the down. If they're no better than they were in years past then is clear his message is not getting through to them
