The Cowboys haven’t been truly attractive job for a very, very long time as a cowboy fan. I’ve seen this for over 20+ years we’ve ran through Bill Parcells,Wade Phillips, Jason Garrett, and now Mike McCarthy. And that’s not counting others that were before all of them. As long as Jerry Jones is the owner. He is going to run through head coaches. He’s going to cut the legs from them before they can establish the team that they want to create I’ve come to terms with it years ago.

Hear me out, I think this idea might sound crazy but I think Jon gruden would be perfect. Reason why is because he’s a hard nosed motivator, he’s a great offensive mind, and he’s got experience working with Al Davis, who was a lot like Jerry jones. Jon had his best seasons with Al picking the players and honestly jerry has drafted really well.
