Beautiful materials but not very functional. That spa completely destroys the flow of the space. Adding a spa in such a small space will cut in half the amount of people that they can fit there. Blocks the water view (wow factor) as you walk up the stairs and it will rarely get used. The porcelain tile on the firepit area will get slippery when wet so is an accident waiting to happen.
