Beautiful view property and expertly handled. the b roll of the jacuzzi at night with the reflected light on the water really showed the yard off so well! great idea for blocking the wind around the eating area, no runaway napkins now! quite a distance between pool pump and pool it seems, I do love it when you show some of the construction shots to explain the infrastructure a bit. another beautiful project, congrats!

All the backyards you do use astroturf though...its nice, keeps its color, never dies or needs watering/weeding/pest control/ but nothing quite feels as nice as real grass under your feet or the smell of real grass. Having said that I can understand why. The level of maintenance required if it were real grass would be a large problem due to the hundreds of cut ins required.
